DESPATCH OF ORDERS:

Whenever possible, orders are despatched same day if the order is receivedby 12 noon. However, at busy times this may not be possible. All items are insured and will be replaced in the case of non delivery provided we are notified within 14 days of order.

BACK ORDERS :

we maintain very high stock levels of the majority of items within our huge range. But we have to be realistic and confess that even we can be out of stock from time to time. This can be caused by a variety of reasons such as our own suppliers being unable to supply on time, in the case of imported items it could be that goods take longer to arrive than forecast, or simply that demand has outstripped our usual stock estimates. If we are out of stock, unless instructed otherwise, we shall place the item(s) on Backorder for you.

EXPORT ORDERS:

Please add postal charges as follows: Within EC: Please add 10% (£2.00 minimum) towards air mail and packing cost Rest of the World: Please send cost of goods only. Orders from outside EC are VAT exampt. We use the VAT to pay the air mail and packing costs.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION:

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it (at your expense) for exchange or refund. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the original despatch date. FAULTY GOODS: In the case of an item being faulty, we will send a replacement and make arrangements for the faulty item to be returned.
