A-STAND Natural Metal Aircraft Set

This set brings together three of the most widely used metallic finishes for recreating aircraft in natural metal finishes. It includes Airframe Aluminium, a highly polished shade ideal for mirror-like panels and highly reflective surfaces and Aluminium, a versatile finish suitable for the majority of aluminium panels and airframe surfaces. Also included is Magnesium, a darker metallic tone perfect for representing contrasting panels and areas exposed to high temperatures, such as those surrounding engines and exhausts.
The combination of these three colors allows you to reproduce the subtle tonal variations characteristic of natural metal aircraft, adding greater realism and visual interest to the finished model.
For best results, apply the paints over a perfectly smooth surface. Airframe Aluminium achieves its highest shine when sprayed over a fully cured coat of A-STAND Gloss Black Base Primer. All products are formulated for airbrush application and can be thinned and cleaned with A-STAND Thinner & Cleaner.
